军事医学研究院研究员,博士生导师,国家重大专项负责人、国家重点研发计划首席科学家。历任军事医学研究院毒物药物研究所药物制剂研究室副主任及主任、国际化武履约研究室副主任、毒物药物研究所党委委员、课题组长。兼任北京药学会智能药物研发专委会主任委员、中国药学会药剂专业委员、全军医学科技委员会委员、国家及北京市新药审评专家。
